Seeking Raffle Donations!

We are seeking donations for Raffle Baskets for the following events hosted at the Ozaukee Ice Center: 

2023 WAHA 10U Squirt 1C2 State Tournament 

The 2023 March Breakaway Tournament

How can you help? 

Consider donating an item or basket on behalf of your business, organization, or team!

All funds raised from the raffle benefit the OYHA and the Ozaukee Ice Center allowing for program and rink improvements, benefitting hundreds of local youth. 

The OYHA is a 501(C)3 organization and donations may be tax deductible. We are happy to provide a receipt for your donation.

We are also open to breaking these roles into smaller parts - if you are interested in certain tasks - please reach out! 



Time Commitment: 5 - 8 hours per month


  • Establish and maintain expense budget
  • Manage registration exceptions/changes in SportsEngine - issuing discount codes, refunds, multifamily discounts, etc.
  • Audit full-season registration in SportsEngine to ensure roster spots match with fees assessed by level (confirming correct fees for play-ups and play-downs)
  • Track and follow-up on failed payments/fees outstanding
  • Manage expense reimbursements for coaches and managers
  • Pay any invoices (ex. - playdowns)
  • Issue and track any invoices (ex. - shared ice time with another club)
  • Track fundraising funds earned
  • Track scholarship budget (based on late fees) and amounts disbursed
  • Meet with OYHA Committee monthly
  • Assist with other events as necessary (Try Hockey for Free, fundraising)
  • Will need to be able to pass background check and SafeSport training. 

Fundraising and Special Events Director

  • Drives fundraising and special events through various activities:

    • Annual Social

    • Special Events like Puck Challenge, Food Trucks, Flow Contest, Fall In A Box, and other creative ideas

  • Advertising in various mediums (social media, emails, etc). 


  • Must be objective and detail oriented.

  • Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), problem solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Efficient planner with a commitment to follow-through on tasks.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Passionate about the success of the association and youth hockey.

  • Successfully pass a background screen and SafeSport Training

Girls' Coordinator

Girls Program Coordinator:


  • Promote and ensure successful development of girls hockey at OYHA 
  • Serve on Hockey Development sub-committee
  • Coordinate community communications on girls hockey 
  • Coordinate with Developmental Program Coordinator to address special issues for girls hockey
  • Coordinate with high school program and other local youth hockey organizations


  • Passionate about Girls' Hockey
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Positive attitude and ability to coordinate events/tasks effectively 
  • SafeSport Training & Background check
